Do you invoice companies and accept purchase orders?
Yes. Purchase orders are accepted, and invoicing is available in USD, EUR, GBP, SAR and CAD. An invoice follows a reservation by email; nothing is charged at the time of booking.
What happens if a cohort does not fill?
If a public cohort does not reach minimum numbers we will tell you at least two weeks before the start date and offer a transfer to another date or city, a place in the equivalent online cohort, or a full refund.
Can courses be adapted to our hardware?
For private delivery, yes — that is the normal case. We ask about your kernel version, distribution, hardware and workload during the scoping call and adapt the labs accordingly.
What do attendees need to bring?
A laptop able to run a virtual machine and connect over SSH. Lab hardware is provided for in-person cohorts; online cohorts get remote access to the same equipment.
Are courses certified or accredited?
Courses are not vendor-accredited. Several map to the NVIDIA certification ladder and prepare attendees for those exams, which are taken separately with NVIDIA. Every attendee receives a certificate of completion with a verifiable reference.
Do you teach in Arabic?
Delivery is in English. Course materials can be supplied with Arabic summaries for private cohorts on request.
How far in advance should we book private training?
Six to eight weeks is comfortable. Shorter notice is often possible — ask.
Can one person attend rather than a team?
Yes. Public cohorts are open to individuals, in person or online.
