Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation by you — public cohorts

More than 21 days before the start date: full refund, or free transfer to another date. Between 7 and 21 days: 50% refund, or free transfer. Fewer than 7 days: no refund, but the seat may be transferred to a colleague at no cost.

Cancellation by you — private engagements

More than 30 days before the agreed start: no charge. Between 14 and 30 days: 50% of the engagement fee, plus any non-refundable travel already booked. Fewer than 14 days: 100% of the engagement fee, plus non-refundable travel.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is free if requested more than 14 days before the start date. Later reschedules are treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel for any reason, including insufficient enrolment, you may transfer to another date or city, take the equivalent online cohort, or receive a full refund. We will give at least 14 days' notice where possible. We are not liable for travel or accommodation you booked independently, so please book flexible fares.

Substitutions

You may substitute a different attendee at any time before the start at no cost. Tell us the name so the certificate and lab access are correct.

Force majeure

Where delivery is prevented by events beyond reasonable control, we will offer a transfer or a credit rather than a refund of costs already incurred.
