Live online cohorts

The same trainer and the same material, split into half-day sessions across two weeks so your engineers can keep doing their jobs.

How it differs from in person

A five-day course becomes ten half-day sessions. Mornings in the Gulf and Europe bands, afternoons in the Americas band. Sessions are live, not recorded lectures — attendance matters, and questions get answered in the room.

Lab access is remote and stays open for two weeks after the course ends, so nobody has to abandon an exercise they were halfway through. Courses that use physical boards provide remote access over SSH and JTAG rather than shipping hardware.

Why half-days work better

Asking an engineer to disappear for five consecutive full days while sitting at their own desk does not work. They get pulled into incidents and drift away by day three. Half-days keep attendance high and are the format corporate L&D approves most easily.
